Simulation Instructor Course

This course was designed to build on current training programs already in place. During this course, instructors will learn about Simunitions (FX Marking Cartridges), adult learning principals, safety equipment, safety protocols, use of force, development of realistic scenarios, demonstrated performance objectives, training liability and handling difficult students. This course is a dynamic use of force based training model, not a firearms course. Instructors from corrections, parole and probation and police are encouraged to attend this training.
